One can't expect a government to make best management practices

The (Ontario) Liberals say they're not going to implement all 362 recommendations, even though Drummond warned that's exactly what they need to do to eliminate the deficit.

What is a "best management practice?"

Yes I know that I am promoting an old, stolen idea but I think MP and MLA salary and expense accounts should be cut when ever a government runs a deficit.

Just my opinion and nobody wants to hear that.
